We collect only what we need to run ForeignLifeGuide.

What we store

Your email address, name, username and password (stored as a secure hash). Anything you choose to add to your profile, such as a photo, bio and the countries you have lived in. The content you post, and your likes, bookmarks and follows.

How we use it

To run your account, show your public profile and posts, send notifications you have switched on, and keep the community safe from spam and abuse.

What is public

Your username, name, profile photo, bio, countries and published posts are visible to everyone. Your email address is never shown publicly.

Your choices

You can edit your profile, turn off email notifications and delete your account at any time from Settings. Deleting your account removes your profile and posts.
